Admissions

Welcome to Vestal Park

We are glad to have you with us. On day of admission, the new resident or resident’s representative (preferably power-of-attorney) is expected to complete paperwork with the Business Office staff and Social Worker. Please expect to spend about 1 hour with each on paperwork. On the day of admission, each resident will receive a thorough clinical review and be introduced to all the members of our care team.
